The session ‘Road Ahead in Sales and Marketing – through a Welingkarite’s Lens’ started with a warm welcome by Prof. Indu Mehta. In view of the upcoming placement season of 2020-22, the talk elaborated on various options in sales and marketing as a career.

The alumni panel shared their work experiences, SIP, SIRP journey in detail highlighting the importance of GCL  presentations, and developing case studies at B-School level effectively. They spoke of their learnings while working in different companies/industries and managing work-life balance. The relevance of doing various live projects, courses, internships were also discussed during the course of the session.

The Q&A session was interactive with doubts and queries of students answered by the alumni panel in an honest, and unbiased manner. The session concluded with a vote of thanks for all the guest speakers by Prof B.N Chatterjee, Dean – Marketing and Prof Indu Mehta, Associate Professor- Marketing.
