August 2020: WeSchool alumni in India and from across time zones in Germany, USA, Canada joined the current PGDM batch 19-21 from across programs virtually to inspire and share with them being agile and relevant in skill sets, besides the practical industry information especially post COVID-19.
The Q&A part made the session interactive with the student audience open to ask questions.
The alumni shared how to prepare for interviews, and how to present work/projects to potential employers. They also shared how companies are changing their recruiting strategies and avenues such as company sponsored Hackathons are becoming a meeting point for potential recruiters and young talent from B-Schools.
They endorsed on having a good digital footprint as individual social media posts in casual forums also showcase the overall personality of an individual.
