A very good evening to one and all, respected faculty members, our guests and my dear colleagues,
Today as I stand here to share my experience, my heart fills with immense pride, to state that we as a batch have come to the end of our Healthcare Management course successfully, after completing each term, though for many us of it had been work plus studies !
Today we can strongly say that throughout this course we have grown and matured into effective managers. For me especially it is total evolution from a ICU staff nurse to ICU nurse manager getting a new dimension to my career. Thus as WeSchool states, I have moved from Box in to Box out.
Working in a team no more seems a hassle, because we have learnt that the secret of successful organization lays in the string unison of their core team building and team work techniques .Today we realize the real worth of each presentation and project that we as students cribbed to complete .We studied Almost sixteen subjects right from finance…economics…marketing… to principles of management…etc… And they have all taught us to develop as quality managers. These subjects would definitely have been bland for us ; if it had not been for our wonderful teachers ,who decorated each lecture of theirs with real examples from hospital and healthcare industry that taught each one of us to understand the actual meaning of each subject in its true sense.
Today on this day we mean it from the very depth of our hearts that we owe every bit of our future success to Welingkar institute! From today onwards , in life there will be no looking back, every single step is going to be towards excellence in the field of management
Thus as I conclude my experience sharing I would once again want to say a thank you to Welingkar institute and its faculty members for making us what we are!!!
