The session was intended to provide an orientation on trends in the agriculture input and output industry and skill requirements for rural management graduates in this industry. 

The resource person highlighted the critical role of agricultural inputs in enhancing farming productivity and sustainability. He emphasized the importance of various inputs such as plant protection chemicals, fertilizers seeds, irrigation systems and Agri equipment.

There was a discussion about how hybrid seeds and precision agriculture have revolutionized the farming sector. He also shared his experiences and the importance of analytical skills and other soft skills management graduates need to build a career in the agribusiness industry. The session was organized as part of the Agriculture Input management course.
