WeSchool alumnus Shashank Gupta, an engineer by qualification finds human brain more interesting than a computer

Having spent years in understanding the complex universe of computers, Shashank developed a curiosity to understand behavioural patterns and psychology of individuals around him.  What made a person angry? Why he experienced a certain level of comfort with select individuals unlike the rest of them. These were some driving thoughts which led Shashank to discover small miracles one could achieve by understanding oneself.

Today, Shashank is a licensed ‘Heal Your Life Workshop Leader and Life Coach and Managing with Heart & Mind Facilitator’. He is incredibly passionate about spreading Louise’s work across geographical boundaries. He is a qualified Executive Coach, having received several international certifications in personal & professional coaching. Shashank is also a Transactional Analysis Practitioner, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Belbin Team Role Assessor, Psycho-Geometrics Master Facilitator, Leadership Facilitator and more.

His joy lies in helping people overcome their limitations and realise their full potential.

Shashank Gupta along with Sneha Shah is a Founder-Director, Isra, a company, which owes its inception to a young team of entrepreneurs who share a passion for training and a burning desire to bring about a positive change.

WeSchool is proud of Shashank Gupta!
